Artist's Description

It's not uncommon to see humpbacks breach in the Monterey Bay. The Humpback's Latin name is Megaptra Novoa Angilea, which means long-winged New Englander because they were first see off the coast of New England breaching with it's pectoral fin outstretched looking like wings.
