Description
This momma sea otter was swimming around with her pup on her belly near the Santa Cruz Municipal Pier. She would leave the pup at the surface, dive down and bring back up some yummy morsel to feed the pup. After some time out about about, and some encroachment by humans in a kayak, she took off and took her pup to safety. Just as they were about to enter the area below the pier, the pup looked up at me.
